Luiza London currently delivers within the United Kingdom.
We offer free standard delivery, with an estimated delivery time of 3–7 business days. Where available, an express delivery option may also be offered at checkout for an additional charge.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information when available, allowing you to follow your delivery.
Please ensure that your delivery information is correct before completing your order. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control, including carrier delays, public holidays or periods of high demand.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to feel confident when shopping with Luiza London. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused and returned in their original condition, with all tags attached where applicable. Items showing signs of wear, damage or alteration may not be accepted.
To request a return, please contact us before sending any item back. Our team will provide you with the appropriate return instructions. Please do not return items without contacting us first.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
